Cleanliness is a top priority for The Wax Room, wax sticks are never doubled dipped and all surfaces are disinfected between each client. The wax specialist works with the client to create the perfect waxing schedule to optimize results. 

Late policy: 5 minutes

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule some or all of your services.

Cancellations/Changes: Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

Fees: 50% fee applies to cancelations/changes made within 24 hours of appointment. 100% fee applies to no-shows.
